8 guest minimum order prepaid 3 weeks prior to arrival.Your private cook is former GM of The Keg, Gary Lamers. Your meal is cooked and served from a second commercial kitchen onsite.Dinner can be served in the dining room, front patio or pool side at your preferred time. Turkey, Prime Rib, Fajitas, Pork Loin, Filet Mignon & Tenderloin are 8 person minimum orders. Vegetarian, salmon & chicken can be added individually.From the menu, choose a salad option (Caesar or house) & 1 potato option (mashed, baked, stuffed, roasted) for the group.Dessert, coffee & tea is self-serve from your kitchen. BYOB. We do not serve or sell alcohol. No corking fee. You serve your own.
